We are drozak

We are committed. We are convinced that the word has been invented for drozak. We live commitment in all our projects and with all our employees. We are proud of our low consultant turnover rate and offer an exciting mix of experienced colleagues and young talents.


As a family-run “boutique” consultancy with flat hierarchies, we engage in a dynamic and active exchange. Also, our team spirit is important to us: from joint project work to Friday Brunches and larger annual events – we appreciate these kinds of things.


Anyone who wants to join us on our path of excellent consulting and becomes part of our team, will be warmly accepted at drozak. In our daily work, the door to bilateral exchange and development meetings is always open – be it with a coach, mentor, HR, or management.

Who we want

Above all, we are looking for motivated individuals, who love to participate, create things and have a high degree of personal commitment. Among other qualities, we particularly appreciate a natural desire for new challenges, pleasure in teamwork, and hands-on mentality.


We value strong analytical and communicative skills, as well as creativity and flexibility. In our opinion these skills are important to develop appropriate strategies and react fast to new situations. Of course, interesting professional experience, non-university achievements and personal projects cannot hurt either.


Also, we are open-minded towards unusual curricula vitae, since they make us stand out as individuals and are a source of diversity for our company. Apart from all these things, we will be happy to let you surprise us – possibly with arguments or capabilities we have not even thought of so far.

What we offer

Exciting international projects

During the onboarding, you will be introduced to our methods. Two weeks later you could already be sitting on a plane – to support negotiations in New York or value engineering in Shanghai. And after that, maybe a scrum project in Stuttgart.

No matter your entry level: you immediately take responsibility in our projects. To support you, a mentor will be by your side, who promotes you in your personal and professional development. Make use of the possibilities, and your advancement in our company is as good as certain.


Anyone who gives a lot, will get back a lot in return at drozak. Individual breaks are possible, as well as parental leave, sports activities and other events. From Oktoberfest, summer, and Christmas parties to virtual wine tasting, we do a lot to enable personal exchange and a pleasant atmosphere.
